I want my 1/2 cousin and he wants me. I think Im in love with him. Is it wrong. Would we be badly looked apon, will our kids if we have any be retarded.

You love your second cousin and enjoy with him. You can have kids with him. Nobody will look badly. There might be birth defects that you MUST (100%) consider. But anyway check with doctor for positive results and proceed. Good Luck !!

How others will perceive your relationship if you do get with him depends on your family background. Most families would look badly upon you.
Your kids would have an increased risk of having birth defects, only because you are so closely related.
If I were you, I would ignore those feelings, no matter what, and find someone else to love.
You shouldn't be caring about what people think about that relationship.
If you do than you must be having doubts about it so if you do I suggest you don't get involved with him. I personally see nothing wrong with it.
