Iis for a woman 40+ behave this way towards a kid?

I remember back when I was a kid around 10 or 11 my mom took off somewhere and left me over at my brother's mother in law for the night. over there I remember I was in the living room watching TV, her daughters were in the kitchen making dinner and she (my brother's mother in law) was taking a shower. she then gets out and goes straight into her room to get change and as she does her and her daughters start a long distance gossip.

as I sad down and watch tv the four of them talked back and fourth on some incident, I forgot exactly what it was all about but they were exchanging opinions back and fourth. at one moment one of the daughters couldn't hear her well so while still undress she leans out the door way and repeats what she was trying to say previously. if I can get mathematical for a second think of the diagram in the pic I uploaded as a somewhat of a map of the house...

A. TV Set
B. The sofa where I sat
C. Entrance (facing towards A)
D. Bathroom
E. Kitchen
F. Her bedroom

it was a small house so the rooms weren't as far apart as they appear in the diagram but that's just to give you an idea. anyways as she leaned out her bedroom talking out loud she caught my attention so I turned towards her and noticed one of her breast hanging out as she leaned out undress. I then looked at her face and she smiled and kinda winked at me.

anyways this was just another one of those childhood memories we humans have a tough time letting go, but till then my question is simple... what was this all about?
