Is it normal wish you could choose who,where,when you had sex with at any time?

Wouldnt it be great if you could go about daily life and see someone you wanted to have sex with and go up to them and point your finger at them and say...(YOU, NOW!) and it happened and you get to choose every detail.And with as many people as you wanted with no consequences?Did i not just describe how most humans think?yes or no
