Is it normal when i rub my chin it starts smelling when the dirt comes off?

Whenever I'm relaxing I rub the groove right under my bottom lip an dirt comes off from (I'm assuming) my pores an the groove smells very funky. is it normal it smells bad like that? Does anyone else do this an notice its funky smell??

    Wash your face throughly. That residue is most likely excess food or built up dirt. Also wipe your mouth whilst you eat and after you eat. If neither helps, go see a dermatologist.
