Is it normal when i'm stressed i gain a lot of weight?
My life can be pretty high stress at some times and I've noticed that when I'm in a stressful period I just gain loads of weight yet when I'm more relaxed the weight just goes away.
When I'm stressed it is like I can't eat enough to stop being hungry whereas when I'm relaxed I can just forget to eat at all and only realize I'm ravenously hungry when I smell food.
