Is it normal when i join in an online discussion, it'll die

In online forums, when I join in a discussion on any random topics, the discussion on that topic will most likely died. Died as in nobody posts anything anymore right after mine on that lively topic which lots of people participated and would just fell into oblivion. It happened a lot to the point I don't think it's coincidence anymore. It's not like I insult anybody's mom or ancestor or wrote controversial stuff at all. I was always on topic to what the discussion were about.

I feel so bad about myself to the point I am about to just laugh it off. I am starting to think I am just an insulting piece of shit in a shitter to people in kinda way that I still can't figure it out. Is it normal?

      Insult somone? Meh. If anything, I am rather polite online or sometimes too polite. I am starting to think that some people associate politeness with boring hence why people are not interested anymore. Just my wild guess, however.

      You made me giggle with your remark on that second paragraph. Thank you for such a sweet remark even though I am sure that's not the case at all, lol.

    Depends what is it and how are you talking about it? Some topics I avoid talking about cause some people act like they know about it but obviously don’t or try and argue on it. I can get annoyed out of convos for sure. I mean it really depends and you could probably get some way better answers if you explain more.

      I hardly argued with people online but rather voicing my own opinions in respond to the topics instead. Maybe I am just an uninteresting and boring person by nature and that personality trait of mine even surfaced itself on the internet hence everybody get turned off and stayed away from my comments and the topics that I was participating. I am starting to find it funny now because it happened rather often to even call it a coincidence anymore, lol. I'll just take it as a running gag of mine.
