Is it normal when after a hot shower my mood alters to becoming easily upset

i also believe this happens to people, long time ago one my friends took a shower, after he got out, he wasn't the same, and it worried me that he would change after getting out of the shower, because i feel different too. he got so pissed at me for messing up the pool table, wasn't his, and he was playing against his self. he got so angry, i said chill out, but i just got upset walked outside, then came back in and chewed him out.

so anyways, i took a shower earlier and got out, read something that said, "sex is good, sex is fine, doggie style or sixty nine. just for fun, or getting paid, everyone likes getting laid."

and just like that, it got me upset because to me that sounds like an ignorant whore. and i'm not sure if that's truly how i feel, or if its because i just got out of a hot shower. i honestly somewhat feel that thing i read wasn't the root of the problem. i'm probably angry about too many little things that built up and over flowed.

so is it normal for your mood to change after taking a hot shower?
