This guy who I like and have been kind of seeing invited me to his place, he lives with his parents. His bed is a single bed a bit uncomfortable and he himself even sleeps in his parent's bed all the time when they're away because he says it's the most comfortable bed in the house. We had sex in his parent's bed last night and I don't know if it's that weird or disrespectful. I asked him if it was weird and he said that not really because he doesn't even consider it "his parent's bed" he just considers it as a very comfortable bed that he sleeps in when he gets the chance.

    It's NORMAL. A bed is a bed. If his parents found out (and they actually care about it), then they might feel disrespected. BUT, I've had sex in my parent's bed many times. Most times I washed the sheets, but other times I didn't have time to wash the sheets. I think washing the sheets is the respectful thing to do if you have sex in someone else's bed... but they don't really need to know about it. Keep having sex - where-ever you want.

    It's not that weird, it is just a bed, however. If the parents consider it their own bed, then it's a bit disrespectful

    Parents can be weird about this kind of thing, but I don't think that's really your concern. It's his house, he asked you to do it, and he'll have to deal with any fallout.

    It would have been weird if he'd called you "Mommy" during sex or asked you to call him "Daddy".
