Is it normal waking up screaming at the top of my lungs?

It started exactly 2 years ago. I was finishing my high school when i had my first *special kind of nightmares*. its different than usual nightmares. Mostly i dream of my parents murdering me or intending to do so, or i dream of people i know just standing there staring right at me without blinking or without doing anything. It started really tough, like, i had these nightmares almost twice a week now have it like twice a month or so. strange fucking nightmares that i cannot wake up from. I always wake up very late that I scream really loud and sometimes i lose my voice for days.

Sounds like it's getting better as you get older. A few more years and you'll only have them once or twice a year.
There's plenty of info on dream interpretation online, so once again, google is your friend.

You need psych help fast. Were you abused?

  • No.. I was bullied at school like hell if that is what you are asking, but i was never raped or anything. I went to some kind of shrink 2 years ago when it started and he said something like "you just feel very lonely and depressed, it'll go over time"

I'm sorry and I feel for you. I was bullied too. That shrink was incompetent and you need to go back to a good one. Repressed rage never goes away, and even manifest itself in physical symptoms. You need to let it all out and get over it.
