When I see a question asked a few years ago on this website, I see some great comments by members, sometimes I am intrigued and then I click on the member's names and the profile shows they haven't made any more comments in the past 5 or 6 years. So I start to wonder why they left the site and what made them leave. Or what they are doing now.
They got bored with the churn of the same exact questions being asked over and over.
They did what anyone does when a site bores or angers then: they leave and move on to another. I used to frequent Yahoo Answers in it's earlier days, then I moved to YouTube in it's earlier days(back when that site had friend lists), then to Meez, then DeviantART, then I found myself here. Most of those sites I left because I got bored. DeviantART left the worst feeling for me though since little kids were stealing my work, removing the watermarks, recoloring it, and passing it as their own. I'll gladly come back to ANY of those sites except DeviantART.
