I really don't care for the guy as a president, but I think that so many of his problems were the result of sexual repression and a boring wife that couldn't satisfy him. I think that much of the course of American (and, to some extant, world and middle-eastern history) could be positively affected if the man got a nice, gay BJ now and then.

    His problems were because he was a B actor with no comprehension of the job he was elected to do. So he did the only thing he could; he put on a B actor's performance. In reality he was gay as a three dollar bill, but Nancy helped him keep his secret and few ever knew.

      Is that right? I've never heard that before or are you being ironic? I say that because it's interesting OP thought Reagan's faults were partly Nancy's fault and you've said Nancy helped him hide his gayness.

      Should I be laughing or just puzzling?

        Honestly, I'm not sure. But he was definitely not a womanizer, in a time and place (Hollywood) where that was a popular thing to do
        PR wise. His actions very much resembled those of Rock Hudson.
        He definitely wasn't the sharpest tack in the box, that's for sure.

          He wasn't that bright, was he? But that could apply to certain others of your presidents too, couldn't it, especially one with the surname starting with the second letter of the alphabet? Was he the one whose wife was into astrology, etc and he took political guidance based on that?

          I know I've seen a still from one of his movies, posting with a monkey or a chimp and the caption indicates the chimp is the better actor.
