Is it normal to wear beach balls under your shirt?

This lady at the gym works out with inflatable balls under her shirt, smaller than regular beach balls but still pretty big. She must put them inside her bra. Why would someone do this? Maybe she can't afford a boob job but it makes her look mentally ill to walk around like that. People laugh and call her Beach Balls.

    My guess is that she was dared, for money. Or she's spreading breast cancer awareness. Maybe she really does have a mental illness.
