Is it normal to wear a sweater with no shirt?

I do this kind of stuff a lot. Sometimes I will go around in nothing but a tank top too. I put on a sweater and no shirt, when its cold enough to need a sweater but more than one layer would be too hot. So I just wear the sweater. Of course when I do this, it means I can not take the sweater off later, since I have nothing under.

    I wear a sweater with no shirt all the time sometimes you just wanna be cozy but free. I do all the time at school, the mall, and sometimes at work its completely normal.
