    It's not particularly unsafe, in so much as urine is sterile (although it can pick up bacteria on the journey between bladder and urethra).

    It would just depend on whether your wife would want to.

    It's an unusual sexual interest.

    Not really that normal but not unheard of (watersports fetish).

    I'm not sure she'd be fine with that but, hypothetically speaking, if you broached the subject and she actually was OK with it then I'd suggest getting really hydrated before you do it. Dehydrated urine can be a bit painful because it's a bit acidic or even can be alkaline.

    Well, during sex it probably isn't possible. While you CAN pee with a hardon, that gets harder as arousal increases. You'd have a hard time doing it. But I don't see anything abnormal about wanting to try, so knock yourself out if she's up for it.
