Is it normal to want to get back with my cheating husband?

Recently, I found out that my husband was cheating on me with a taiwanese hooker. Shocked and humiliated, I booted him out without a second thought. Our relationship had been toxic for a while, and this was the final straw. Since then, we have both moved on; I kept the kids and stayed here, and have dated a few men who captured my interest, and my heart. My husband has moved to Newcastle, and is due to visit near christmas to see the kids. I don't know what his love life situation is but I have recently been having sexual dreams about him, and an seriously considering getting back together. Now, I also find his cheating on me somehow erotic and I'm wondering if this is normal, but should I take him back?

    Why?
    Hes wasting money on whores that he should have been spending on his family...don't be a doormat.
    That you find his cheating erotic is weird, most people fantasize about it but in real life its much more messy.
    Anyway if your relationship was toxic it wont get magically better. Don't make the same mistake twice...unless you truly don't mind being cheated on. If that's the case then I don't have any advice for you.

    Boy, does that sound like a great idea, if you are a total IDIOT! Or perhaps you are a masochist and just enjoy the pain this man has and will give you, if you get back together with him.

    If you two do get back together, get couple's therapy. That being said, I'm of the opinion that two functional homes are superior to one dysfunctional home in raising kids.

    Shagging a prostitute isn't the worst thing in the world, it's not like he was trying to start up any real relationships behind your back. You have been with other men now so why do you think he would even want to get back with you?

    People make mistakes. You just gotta ask urself is this something you are willing to forgive and not let bleed into every part of a future relationship. It's simple. You ask yourself 'do u still love him' and ur gut reaction is what u go with. Whatever instantly comes to mind. Do it.
