Is it normal to want to be even this way??

My neigbor is one of those people, who grewup with a lot of apartheid attitudes. Let me just say she is of a different color from us (the majority in the neigborhood she found herself in). Somehow she thinks she is superior to say the least!! Now she has 2 big dogs in her yard, these dogs shit a great deal to fillup her yard with poop! She has a maid whose duties extends to wasing the dogs and scrubing the floor full of dog shit then runs water over, which will later run along our fences and pollutes our yards with its containts!! This poses a health risk to our kids who inocently plays in the street infested with this mess!! As concerned neigbors we aproched her to find other means of cleaning her dogs without affecting us...She brushed our suggestions with her 'magestic' reaction, saying its not her fault that we do not have proper infrastructure to allow water to run throug!! The town council is aware of this...but decided to let her have her way!!

Now we are planning to poison her dogs!!!! This is just normal right??
