I have this fantasy that I have a Dr that I visit for regular check ups but no one knows he is also playing with my pussy. I would love to do this in real life but have no clue how to go about finding a Dr willing to do this with me lol. Is this normal or just weird? I should also note that I am 22 years old.
You have the right to have fantasies about whatever you want. I have no idea why this particular scenario trips your trigger, but I'm sure you're not unique. Maybe it's because doctors work in a caring profession but they're also authority figures, and that combination does things for you. Maybe some experience early in your life (possibly so early you can't consciously recall it anymore) led you to link doctors with erotic feelings.
In any case, no sane doctor would ever agree to do this with someone he had a doctor-patient relationship with. Any doctor with any sense knows this is a guaranteed way for them to lose their medical licence. They also know that while a patient may say they consent to him fiddling around in a medically unnecessary way today, they could easily change their mind tomorrow and start thinking about how they could buy a house with the payout from a malpractice suit.
It's possible you might be able to find a doctor who's in a self-destructive spiral downwards towards ruin and he'd be willing to do this. But your best bet is to either start dating a doctor or find a guy who can convincingly role-play a dirty-doctor.
