Sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night and my knees are fucking hot not my legs,just my knees. This has been goin on for a long time.IIN

    That happens to me too. But I sleep on my stomach, so my knees are often pushed into the mattress. Thus making them on fire.

    You might be sleeping with your knees digging into your bed putting pressure on them. I know when I sleep on my arm my elbow is hot when I wake up.
