Is it normal to volunteer to play with kids with leukemia

I'm part of a church who volunteers for stuff like this and I'm 32 and a guy and sometimes feel awkward when the parents show up, to see a guy on the floor with their kids and a bunch of toys

    Well that's the whole aspect of Childcare, Looking like a idiot, But your meant to entertain the kids, So who cares ???

    Who gives a shit if the dying kids are stoked jus keep doing it for the kids bruh,who cares what the parents think sumbodys gotta play with them if the parents can't especially wen they gonna b dead wit the quickness most likely, but I'd love to b wrong bout that last part.
