How does banning religion help the population or environment?

There's no problems caused by over population, this planet could comfortably hold 5 times as much people, if everything was organised properly. The problems lie in government and power.
And speaking of power, you sound like a definite tyrant and terrorist if you got plenty of it. You would kill twins and triplets, people who have a religion, and those aged 70 and above?

That would be a borderline dystopian society, we wouldn't have freedoms or natural born rights to life if we all die at a specified age. Plus, if we all did then we would be bordering no birth and all be engineered test tube babies to assure a timely death. While I agree with some things (birth control, only 2 kids, euthanasia and suicide legalization, etc) half of these are more so making a society that borders that of the one in "Brave New World."

The reason organized religion exists is to help give certain people purpose in life and make them happy. Come back to me when you can convince the world that all religion is inherently hateful, even if kept to oneself.

Some people take longer to form relationships or have trouble producing a child through sex, but still have a desire to pass on their genes. Come back to me when you have eradicated that desire in humans.

If a smaller population is your goal, why would you ban religion? Religion = War = Death.

I would argue that all people should be sterilized at birth so we can get cracking on the whole genetically engineered baby thing. We do need a pretty large population to keep the system running, though.
