Is it normal to think that there is a woman who jealous or posessive of you ?

Is it normal to think that there is this woman whom you know that is jealous and at the same time possessive of you and perhaps an online and in reality a stalker?!, like she'll write blogs mentioning your problems and your feelings and thoughts pretending that she's the one behind them , like she says "I " instead of "she " , like as an example, you'll buy a yellow drss , and she'll write in her blog/s "yesterday i bought a yellow dress", you get a new job and she writes "i got a new job" (even though she still has her same old job ) , you are planning to travel with your brother , she'll say " i am travelling with some of my family members", and you know that they are about you ,since what she says is almost alot like what you are doing, thinking ,feeling .is it normal to think that this woman is either jealous and wants to be you , or perhaps gossip about you or maybe possessive ?
