Is it normal to think that some ufos observed come from earth?

I've always taken UFO sightings with a bit of skepticism, but also with an open mind to more credible stuff. Putting two and two together I wonder if there is a race of Earthlings living within the earth or sea, or both. Pilots, seamen and people on shore report seeing alien craft dive into or out of water. The sea bottom is largely unexplored. People claim to have seen them go in or out of large holes and dormant volcanos whose bottoms have never been explored. UFO sightings tend to congregate around times and places when/where major Earth events have happened, like nuclear detonations, earthquakes and volcano eruptions. Maybe they are checking out what's going on on the surface. Ancient civilizations all over the world have tales of a people who live within the Earth. Etc. etc.

What do you think? Normal to consider this possibility?

    I thought you were going to bring up unusual military aircraft, which are often confused with UFO's.
    But no, you had to go off on this, hell I don't even know what to call it.
    It is probably the most idiotic thing about UFO's I've heard in 60+ years, but I'll give you credit for originality, as I don't believe I've ever heard this one before.

    As for being always from outer space, the ones that are actually ETs, it's not always true. Some are repurposed and reverse engineered tech that the govt uses. And many that actually are piloted by ETs don't come directly from outer space. Some come from bases that are under the ocean mantle. Some from the dark side of the moon. Some from 'slip stream' portals.

    Have you seen scientists projections of what humans will look like in a few million years? It's striking like a grey alien. I think some of these "aliens" might be us from the future trying to re-stabilize the human genome. It's why they're all genetic and reproductive experiments done on abductees. It's why disclosure hasn't happened. It would alter the time line to such a damaging degree, the effects would be further reaching than most people can even fathom.

    Why would you think the UFOs are piloted? It's probably advanced military stuff that will remain secret for another century. History shows that hegemony is best preserved in the long run with only marginally better weapons. When big advances are introduced (like the long bow) arms races are started which threaten world peace.

    There are no aliens. UFOs are simply mistakenly identified as being extraterrestrial in origin.
