Is it normal to think that my mom is going crazy?

So basically the other day i woke up pretty late like, 2 P.M. So my mom goes "Jim (not my real name), you should start waking up earlier you should set an alarm." Also, I forgot to mention my brother was watching breaking bad at this time so she said to me "it's too violent go upstairs and sleep or something." but i'm 17... So I get really confused and tell her that she just told me not to sleep so late and that I'm old enough to watch the show and she said "no I didn't?" I thought she was just joking but the look on her face was serious. Since that day she's been forgetting things more and more and I'm starting to worry that it might be early onset alzheimer's. Should I do something?
