    It depends if the person sees what they did was wrong or hurtful.

    This highly depends on what they did. There would be a differant answer in differant situations, so im going to say no, not everyone should get a second chance. In minor petty things, yes they should get another chance if they are remorseful, but somethings should never be forgiven.
