    What's impressing her parents have to do with? You're not going to marry them.

      When you get marry someone you also marry their family.

        Not in the civilised world, mate. You may have new in-laws but they don't have to like you. It sounds like your world is a tiny little box where there is only one path and no other possibilities, there are many ways to not have the problem you seem to think is inevitable.

    You don't have to impress the parents, just the woman. If Her parents don't like you, that is their problem not yours.

    Wow! Great excuse. Did you think that up by yourself or did you hire a think tank to help you justify your future without a woman?
    I suppose I should let you in on this little secret. Lean in close, I don't want everybody to hear.
    There's this word in the English language you might want to look up in a dictionary. It is the answer to your prayers and you will have no more excuses for not going right out and finding someone to marry.
    That word is, wait for it, (drum roll please maestro), orphan.
    Little word, huge meaning for you. Now go out there and procreate, young fellow.
