So I've had a crush on this girl for like 3 years now (I know, it's sad). I have made a fool of myself in front of her, basically by acting dumb and telling her I liked her when she had another guy in her life. But it's been over a year since that happened, and just the other week she "liked" my profile pic on facebook.

Is it normal that I think I have a chance with her now because she liked my photo?

    nah bro not normal, your thinking about it too much. my advice is start making a real effort to get her to like you (workout, write her poetry, work on your social skills, whatever) or forget about her, whatever you do don't just sit around feeling bad about it.

    Don't put all your eggs in on basket with a hole in it. If she liked you she would have already made it clear enough long ago. Stop beating yourself up over one person.

    Hmm I guess it's normal to be so hopefull I'm the same... but it's too optimistic and you shouldn't put much hope in it because that could/would be bad for you!
