Is it normal to take panadol night every day?

I started taking panadol night last week, because I couldn't sleep at all. Now, whenever I feel sad or depressed, I just take two pills and sleep. I feel like the only thing that keeps me sane is my work, whenever i'm working i'm happy and I don't think about anything else. But then I come back home and there's nothing but panadol night. Am I normal?
P.s sorry if I made any mistake, English is not my first language.

    Go find help depression is no joke. Prozac is an anti deppressant. Maybe your doctor can prescribe it for you

          It sounds as if OP is addicted to paracetemol so I don't see the point of getting addicted to anti-depressants instead

    Panadol is a paracetamol based analgesic. Paracetamol have been found to have antidepressant and addictive effects.

    It seems that you are suffering from paracetamol addiction like many others and I suggest you to meet a doctor about it.
