Is it normal to squat while taking a poo to avoid touching the toliet seat?

I squat over the toilet with my feet on the seat. It gets the poop out faster and clears it out all at once!!

If you're in public yes. If you're at home no.

Completely normal, the human body was actually designed for squatting while defecating, not sitting.

well, my friend always does this. it annoyed me, like I thought she was being drastic and such. I thought she was being obsessive and I took it personal. but if it's a habit, then lol have fun.

I have never sat on the seat for wee or poo! I totally get it... Even at home I don't sit on the seat. Very rarely when I have been sick and weak I have sat on the seat.. I really dislike the feeling of the seat on my legs.. It is a germ thing and a temperature thing too.. You got my full support here!! :)

Oh god. Some of these comments are hilarious. How do you crap when you're so anxious about touching the seat? Try and relax, or whipe the toilet with a disenfectant wipe before you go. If its in public when you do this, carry some with you somehow. It'd be nicer for everyone who goes after you too, so you're not only doing yourself a favor :)

i saw on tyra that it's actually cleaner to sit on the bare toilet seat. Ur shit particles fly into the air so in public bathrooms since there's no toilet seat lid the particles land on the seat protectors and stuff. and when ur home u should put the top lid down after u pee or poop cause the shit particles can land on ur tooth brushes and that's gross lol(:

i try not to poo when i am out to avoid sitting on public toilets but i sit when i am at home because i know my toilet is clean and i know who has been sitting and shitting on it lol i squat when i pee too when using a public toilet.
