Is it normal to sometimes feel like doing nothing except eat or sleep?!
Is it normal to sometimes feel totally unmotivated to do anything except eat or sleep? Occassionally I just can't bring myself to do anything or even feel like doing anything even though I have a big to do list to get through. It makes me feel really pathetic, guilty and ungrateful. I have to say, it's usually around 'time of the month' (sorry, guys.) So is it maybe just a hormone fuelled temporary depression?! If you're female and experience this as part of PMT - please comment. Guys, I'd like your input on this too, please! PMT aside, does this happen to you?
