Is it normal to smell like apple after a workout and have gf sexually into you?

Ok so im a guy who works out 6 times a week for an hour a day.

Today when my girlfriend came home she walked in sniffing at the air. She was saying things like. "Mmm that smells so good" and asked me "Did you make apple pie?"
I told her I didn't and when she got closer to me and realized that it was me, she was compleatly confused. So was I. She told me I smelled just like apples. I hate apples and never eat them, so neither of us knew why I smelled like them when I sweat.

However I am not complaining cause its caused her to go crazy sexually everytime I sweat, so anywhoo.

Is this normal? for your sweat to smell like food?

    See a doctor. Sweet or fruity smelling sweat can be a symptom of diabetes or other illnesses.
