Is it normal to sleep with the light on because you fear alien abduction?

I sleep with the light on. Ever since I was a kid and saw a hoard of tall and little grey aliens standing at my bedside. I went to doctor who said i'm not experiencing sleep paralysis and I have a small bump in my arm I think resembles what people say is aline implants. Please help, I'm not a troll I promise. IIN?

Lol, the light won't save you :P It's like when people hide under the covers because sure, a serial killer can't cut through cloth.

I would normally make a joke on a post like this, but you say this is really happening so I will be serious. This is weird shit. I think you should get the lump in your arm biopsied. I would want to get it taken out and find out what it is.

Don't watch as many films. If aliens were going to abduct anyone it would so be me anyway.

I second the opinion to get that device removed. When you do, ask for the device and send it off to an agency that deals with Ufo's and the paranormal. If you live in the US, don't send it to Dr. Steven Greer's organisation, if possible. If not, there are other UFO organisations as well as foreign agencies that are open on the disclosure/research into UFO phenomenon.

You might just be sort of obsessing and being paranoid about it, it may take time to get over it but I would focus on something else and keep away from that mind cramping matter. I would also develop a relationship with Jesus, and focus on goid things!

  • I... Think that you should go to another doctor. The light won't help. Unless its hallucinations then maybe you should keep the light on. And I'm sure the bump is probably a birth defect. Lol

I wasn't born with the bump. I've never been cut there but it feels hard like semi metallic.

no i'm asking if its normal. Like has anyone else dealt with this etc... I'm not a troll. Stop being an asshole. Its not funny to make fun of me because of this. I honestly believe something otherwise unexplainable is happening to me. I hear this kinda shit all the time so don't add to it.

They say that the grays shouldn't be trusted at all costs. They are malevolent towards us Humans, the same can be said about the Reptilians. (If I ever can find the links, I put them here. The whole thing is extremely interesting.)

I saw an Grey-like being once when I Astral Projected, once. I don't think that it meant me any harm but, I was a little frightened about it. Unfortunately, I never got to properly engage it.

There are ways of keeping negative entities away from you but, I am not sure if these methods cover extraterrestrials. What I do is to always have a plant in my room when I go to sleep.

I had a couple experiences with aliens before. I don't worry about it much, but I can totally see where your coming from. Even the mere thought of aliens can be terrifying. Aliens can be quite scary or it could be your destiny to be an "abductee" and receive messages to convey to humanity about our future

  • I used to be just like you were, scared to sleep because of the fear that they would take me and subject me to awful experiments and I slept with the lights on. I would arrange things in my room as I felt they wanted so they would not take me. I constantly checked by my bed to see if there were any of these beings. Whenever I thought about them I would literally get chills through my whole body and was in awe of their greatness. I once saw a being a over my bed as well. I also had/still have a profound feeling that I am one of the chosen ones. I even thought that I was an alien at times. I look different than others in my family (e.g. large forehead, some alien like features) and thought that maybe I was part alien up until I was 20 or so! However, I have come to the conclusion that the aliens really only exist in the realm of our unconscious, the God in all of us really. Some of us, like you and I have the gift of being more in touch with this side of human nature and see and otherwise experience these great beings

I remember when I was 9, I saw the original 1953 version of War of The Worlds and those aliens really freaked me out so much that I was so scared to even sleep alone in my room. Every time I heard a jet fly over my house, I thought it was those spaceships coming to attack. Really, for an old movie in the 50s, those aliens were really creepy. Even to this day, that scene where one of the aliens comes out of it's spaceship and sneaks up on that girl still creeps me out.

You should get a second opinion, from another physician.
