Sleeping too much is just as bad as not sleeping enough. Try sleeping no more than 9 and no less than 7.
I'm like this too. Turned out I have sleep apnea and now have to sleep with a machine to feel better in the morning, and I still don't feel that great.
At my worst I was so tired all the time where I couldn't function and probably should have been in a group home.
Just standing up was exhausting and I was like a zombie sleepwalking whenever I was awake until I got it treated.
People told me I would talk like Boomhower on a bottle of sleeping pills. I actually drove in that condition too and have even wreaked my car by dozing at the wheel.
There are many sleep disorders and other health conditions that can cause this.
Sleep apnea could be a possible cause, as could just simple oversleeping
I'm sorry :( I do too , thing is, because I sleep alone I always wonder, what if I just stop breathing? There's no-one there to wake me up.
I know the chances are miniscule, but I'm just the kind of person who over thinks everything
I know it might sound weird but I'm not afraid of dying. I'm just afraid of getting another damn sinus infection from my CPAP machine.
You might have a thyroid issue. My girlfriend used to do that and that turned out to be tr case. Bring it up to your doctor.
Try working 12 hours straight with 5 hours sleep then you'll know what groggy is.
thanks for the replies everyone. I actually have a sleep study tonight at 1030pm... wish me luck. Hope they find something wrong with me
