I'm ALWAYS tired too. I think a lot of it has to do with the time of year... I am always 100%% exhausted during Winter. I'll be better once the days are longer and Spring is here :)32 days........
ya it is because you are sleeping too much. No lie though, if you're body stays laying for a prolonged amount of time you muscles start getting weak and it makes you feel tired and whatnot. I think that is what happens to me... But ya maybe you're just not the type that can take 12 hours of sleep. I know I'm not

Make sure you don't over sleep. Or under sleep. Everything should balance out.
Just like vitamin C, if you have too much it has the opposite affect on your body. You should try to sleep for 8 hours a night, no more and no less.
Sleep feeds on sleep. Winder if you're depressed? It can cause extreme fatigue.
yeah, this morning i just relaxed in the bed for 1 hour, slept around 12hours, i was tierd, i am always tierd, try get more sleep alot of times, not just 1 day, a week or so ;)
Sleeping too much, ironically, will make you tired. If you're sleeping this many hours a day, you should go see a doctor. Especially if this is happening on a daily basis. 12 hours of sleep a day is not healthy.
Have you considered it might be due to being anaemic? You may have an iron deficiency? Other reasons could be your bed might be unsuitable for you. Some bed are so uncomfortable that your body just cant rest on them if they are too soft or too hard or too lumpy etc.also heard that people have had that apnea problem and they are not getting enough oxygen in their body,so they wake up just being exhausted through not being able to breathe properly.you could go to a sleep clinic and get them to run some tests on you that might help find a solution.
The reason that you are tired is BECAUSE you slept for over 12 hours. 7 hours is about all you really need. Wake up early and do some morning exercises to get your endorphins pumping. Do some research on the subject for further information.
It is a good idea to read more about bipolar disorder. I'm not saying you DO have it, but I do know that it causes long periods of tiredness and people with the problem tend to sleep up to 14 hours or more a day. I recently downloaded an ebook on the subject and the reading was very informative.
