The only STI you could get from oral is HIV, and maybe herpes.(Not to sure about herpes) HIV through oral would be if you have any cuts or openings in your mouth and it got into your blood stream. Indeed, that way you'll be completely safe. However, the question is if he would want that too. What if he only wants to pay for a BJ without a condom?
