Is it normal to see these kinds of things, and hear what i heard?

okay so, i'll start with how sometimes i will see a black shadow of a ceiling fan that is on, and i'm seeing the shadow of it running above my head. even if there is no fan above me.

i will rarely see a black spider crawl really fast and suddenly vanish.

i have recently started to see really white glowing dots like you see when you get really dizzy with a head rush.

early this morning i saw a bright light that vanished. and like 30 minutes ago taking a shower, i heard my friend calling my name, just shouting. her, and her daughter. screaming my name. and i know no way it was really them.

its kind of freaking me out. i don't hear it anymore though. i don't do drugs, i'm not on any medications. but i did drink enough alcohol last night. but not enough to get wasted. plus i am a little tired.

    It sounds like you're having visual and auditory hallucinations. I suggest you see a professional about this. Hallucinations can be a result of something physically being wrong with you or something mentally being wrong with you (like schizophrenia). Either way, it's best to have it checked out as early as possible.

    1. Shadow People (Some people think that they are demons.)
    2. The Spider could've been an Astral Being. Some people have encountered them on the Astral Plane and say that they feed on your energy.
    3. Paranormal occurrences. You're not crazy/mentally ill. If you're bothered, you should consider hiring a professional psychic to help you.
