Is it normal to see/feel things that aren't there at night??

Ok, so 1st of all I don't do drugs nor drink.

I have what I think are hallucinations, mostly at night. I remain counciouss throught them and they are mainly visual, but sometimes tactile too.

Some common ones are floating/moving lights and semi transparent spyderweb-like lines everywhere I look at, and invertebrates like flies, ants, spyders and centipedes in the walls. These last for several minutes.

Sometimes I get the sensation that something is crawling in my skin, turn to look and spot a bug/human hand from the corner of my eye. I blink, and then there's nothing.

Other things I see occasionally are people sitting/standing in my bed or standing by the door. These creep the hell out of me too, and will almost always make me jump out of my bed... When I do so they dissapear. Generally these are just silhouettes, but the other day it was a relative of mine, who I could see very vividly (albeit still for just a second).

As a kid I’d often wake up in the middle of the night and about 5 minutes later hear the doorbell ringing (wasn’t dreaming because one time I even woke up my mother too so that I could “prove” it to her. She didn’t hear anything but I did)... When I moved out to another house this stopped, but then after a while I began having having the other experiences I just mentioned above.

I don't tell my family members because I'm afraid they are going to think I'm crazy (or possessed)... The problem is that this stuff is getting way too frequent for my liking, and I'm seriously scared now! is it normal ?? If someone has an idea of what this could be please share it with me. Thanks!

Sounds something paranormal related. Your House could be haunted. Some people are more sensitive to the paranormal than others. The people and relative you describe remind me of what can be witnessed during sleep paralysis and when on the astral plane. I've seen shadow people during sleep paralysis and under normal circumstances there's been frightening demonic/paranormal activity in my house so, I definitely can relate. You can hire people to rid your home of spirits.

Schizoaffective disorder may be the culprit.

Sleep with a light on and see if that helps.

The white lady, a shadowy man thing, and something I call the 'walking nightmare' <- that one only shows up when the lights are off.

Well, the shadow man used to knock things off the table and move chairs. Especially when I was trying to sleep, it didn't like that. I yelled at it to stop an now it just sort of hangs around and watches me instead. It's creepy, I don't think it's dangerous though.

Oh well I get sleep paralysis sometimes. It's pretty scary because you can't move or talk or anything but you see things / people in your room. But it doesn't happen right away for me its usually a little bit after ive fallen asleep. Maybe that could be it?

judging from their lack of reactions no, they can't. that one time i asked my mother if she heard the doorbell she said she didn't hear anything either, so..

In that case I would advise you see a doctor, before they start telling you to hurt people.
