I liked a guy named jack 2 years ago but he didn't like me back and got engaged to someone else , he was so nice to me , however I can't stop saying loudly "not in mind" you left me jack every day when im alone, i even say his name when anything bad happens to me , im afraid when i marry someone else i would call him jack..I don't even feel sad or bad he went away but i just keep saying that

    You have some sort of bizarre OCD, the likes of which I've never heard of before. I suggest you get help from a therapist, although whether you need CBT or ECT I'll leave to someone suitably qualified.

      It appears the OP got left for a reason but what that reason is we don't quite know yet, perhaps she deserved it but nonetheless her story if told would be a one sided one.
