Is it normal to repress sexual urges( never any physical release)

So I don’t do relationships and I don’t masturbate because I’m too disgusted by myself, so my physical qualities there, even though with clothes I’d have to say I can look quite good. I don’t know how to relieve my „IT“ without making more problems. I’ve told some about me not masturbating and they were quite shocked, one of them female too so I’d like to know if it’s really not normal to not do it as a woman. When being turned on it literally just sit it through and live it out in my head or through pictures, sometimes the thought of real touch can even still gross me out in that situation but at the same time I crave it.
