Is it normal to refer to yourself in the third person
For example if my name were John is say.... John's shoes are so cool. Or even think that everything someone dies is for you, like someone rolls down the window and you say John's not hot.

I'm no doctor, not here to diagnose you, just offering advice. If it's something you do all the time you might want to talk to a psychiatrist about Dissociative identity Disorder, symptoms vary, but one of the more unique and common symptoms is referring to oneself in the third person.
Otherwise it's perfectly normal.
In English that's true. In Aramaic you simply say, "the son of man".
Note that English has no grammatically correct way to refer to yourself in the third person, but the Aramaic language does. In the New Testament "the son of man" is mostly Jesus referring to himself in the third person. But, all people who spoke the Aramaic language talked this way about themselves wherever appropriate. Here's a reference about stock phrases like "son of man" in Aramaic. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aramaic_language#Nouns_and_adjectives Point #2.
That's my non-creepy factoid about dead languages for today.
Normal if you're an innocent female anime character with a high pitched voice and big boobs.
It's not normal but I know a guy in his 60's that talks that way all the time.
