Is it normal to record your poop (time, size and texture)

I know it's unusual. But is it abormal?

I do it so I can keep track of how foods move through my system. I swallowed a bunch of corn one time to figure out how long my digestive process took... turned out to be almost two days (dinner comes out two mornings later).

It's a nice way to check your intestinal health and keep up with potental anomalities.

Normal ... Because you are just concern about your health .. But if you record it for broadcasting how big your poop was then you are eligible for admittance to an insane asylum ...

whoa, 2 days for corn? That's a bit too long. You need to get more fiber into that gut

You're a budding William Beaumont, the father of gastric physiology. Try mounting a window in your stomach so you can actually watch the digestion.

Normally people with digestive issues will keep a notebook like this. It helps them to figure out what they can and cannot eat. If you have a normally functioning digestive tract then it's kinda odd.
