Is it normal to only ever eat "all or nothing"
I feel like it's impossible for me to eat a "normal" amount of food (1000-2000 calories). If i try to stay within that range, I end up binging on loads of chocolate, cake, biscuits, cookies, cereal, basically anything and my calorie intake is very high. However if i eat a very low amount of calories i'm fine. Is anyone else like this and is it normal?
By the way i'm 15 and female and neither underweight or overweight
