Is it normal to obsess over weight gain all the time?

About a year ago, I lost 26 pounds over the course of several months simply by cutting calories. I, of course, did this in a safe way and did not starve myself. Now that I am thin and happy with my body, I obsess over weight gain all the time. After I eat I feel guilty and wish I hadn't eaten so much. I also get really depressed when my clothes fit just a little bit snugger than usual. I'm constantly stepping on the scale, and cannot sleep at night because I keep recounting the uneccessary calories I consumed throughout the day.

I'm not trying to be insensitive to your dilemma, but out of curiosity, how many calories did u eat or so during that time? Exercise?

If it's hurting u emotionally and making you panicked stop and if u get toooo slim it could be unhealthy.

  • You are most likely developing an eating disorder. Which is not very normal.
