I've only just discovered that my fu&$ buddy does not shower before he comes to my place for sex. He showers in the mornings and we only see each other in the evenings. He almost always comes to see me straight after gym. He works as a plumber :|

He said that he only showers after work if he is "covered in dirt"

Is this normal?????

PS. He surprisingly doesn't smell too bad, considering, and I thought he has garlicky skin smell because he eats a lot of garlic (he is greek)
Is it normal that I find this disrespectful? Or is this completely normal?

Also, I've never gone down on him, despite how many times he's asked. So im glad about that!

    Who showers before sex all the time? Perhaps if it's planned, but most normal people shower daily and have sex at any point during the day or evening that is convenient. As long as neither partner has a hygiene problem it should be fine. The garlicky smell suggests that perhaps he isn't even showering once per day.

    I didn't know I'm supposed to shower before sex. Me and my girlfriend don't. Then again, neither of us are plumbers...

    Doesn't always showering before sex take away the spontaneity? I don't know as long as he doesn't smell, I don't see the issue, but yeah I wouldn't go down on him per se unless he showered, but sex itself as long as he showers daily, why not?
