Is it normal to not have nipples until your 21?

No joke, i didnt have nipples until i was 21. When i was little i was really fat i didnt lose weight until my first year in highschool i went from around 186 ~ 150. before this i had those weird inside out fat people nipples. after i lost weight one day someone pointed out to me that i dont have nipples. I didnt even notice and it dawned on me that i dont even know where nipples are supposed to be on the chest. the pointy part is really small and i didnt have an areola. in highschool and college my wrestling team made fun of me cuz i had no nipples and that didnt get any color until recently and its still pretty light. Am i the only person this has happened to before?

    I don't know anything about nipples but I used to not have a penis until I was 17 when one morning I wake up and BOOM I now have a huge monster between my legs.

    I'm confused. How do you not have nipples and then they appear? Is this even medically possible?
