Is it normal to not feel well after drink 1/4 glass of wine?

It makes my neck feel tense and I get a slight headache and feel sleepy. I am an adult. I enjoy wine, so it bothers me that such a small amount of wine makes me feel funny.

    White wine or red? Red does unpleasant things to me, although nothing as extreme as what you describe.

    Only wine, or any alcohol?

      Both white and red, but especially red. I do like mixed drinks too and they don't make me feel that way. Can I be allergic to wine but not grapes or grape juice?

    I love rum! I also like vodka, my mom's drink is scotch.
