Is it normal to not actually want to act out my sexual fantasies?

A lot of my sexual fantasies are ridiculously demented. In real life through I just want to have a nice, normal relationship with a girl. I suppose if I knew that she wanted to do it too I might be interested in experimenting, but I have a feeling that if I actually acted some of this stuff out I would find that I didn't like it.

    I would think most will depend on the extent of the fantasy. Are you talking about wearing her lingerie to bed, or something like strangling the neighbors cat just for the hell of it ?

    Normal.

    There are a lot of women that have rape fantasies but don't actually want to be raped.

    There are a lot of really unusual folks out there though, I'd be willing to bet you don't have a fantasy that someone else doesn't share. I personally know many people that engage in stranger sexual practices than I'm comfortable with, and that's really saying something.
