Is it normal to need a bottle of soda beside my bed?

Every night I need some form of soda or liquid beside my bed because I'm so thirsty all the time. Is this normal?

    • I can't help myself with soda though, if I see I'm out of it I run out and buy some just so I have it beside my bed at night. I go through a 2 litre I'm 2-3 days.

That is too much, sounds like you are addicted.cut back and then get off it . That stuff ain't good. But look on the bright side at least its not a bottle of liquor you need beside the bed and have to run out to buy when its getting low-now that's a real problem.

I had a friend who was addicted to soda and would drink 2 or 3 liters a day and it effected her heart. She had a couple of heart attacks and still would not quit. It was literally the death of her.

Get some organic soda with cane sugar and no artificial coloring.

You're going to wind up obese and with oral gum disease. I would know because I used to be that way. Heck my teeth still haven't recovered from my stupidity. Perhaps you should try a sugar free drink instead?

Drink water instead of soda at, because of the sugar. You might be better off not having any sugar when you're in bed after brushing your teeth.
