Even if you masturbate several times per day, I doubt the results are going to be better than a little extra toning, certainly not better than lifting weights or doing other standard exercises.

But the problem with toning is you need a partner and anyway isn't that more of a general cardio without. I'd only burn calories and maybe develop feelings for the person I was 'toning', I can't be bothered with that.

In short tho, your theory is stupid as shit. Masterbating involves almost no bicep range of motion, and a little bit of peak tension AT BEST might cause a tiny iota of muscle growth in an untrained person. If you want biceps, I can help you!
What your should do for biceps is chin ups and heavy bicep curls, followed by pump work with dumbbell or cable curls to fill your biceps with blood. More tips available upon request!
But if I train and then whack off myself and a few friends from the gym my biceps get super pumped. So much so that even if I want too relieve myself latter I can't manage and have to break out my home made self suck machine but I heard it's not good for my respiratory system .
Then I would definitely do it in moderation or find other methods of building up muscle if it’s hurting or had the potential to hurt you. Plenty of bodybuilders and wrestlers find other methods of building muscle besides masturbating. In your opinion, it may not be as quick or effective as your method, but when it comes to toning your body, it’s more important for a gradual shift to ensure the muscles stay for a long time.
Umm I don’t think it’s normal but as long as it’s not bothering anybody I think it’s fine.
