Is it normal to masturbate once a day?

Masturbating has a lot of benefits and it does more good than bad, there's not really such thing as masturbating too much. I'm an 18 year old girl and masturbating 1-3 times a day is normal for me.

In my twenties, my normal daily routine was to masturbate with my waking-erection, and do it again to help me get to sleep at night. It wasn't unusual for me to do it again at least once during the day, and I'd often do it if I woke up in the middle of the night with an erection.

I'm over 60 now, and I wonder if a lifetime of regular orgasms might be one of the reasons I have no problems at all with my prostate. From what I've read, research does suggest there is a connection between few ejaculations early in life and prostate issues later.

People vary. As long as you're using a technique that doesn't involve a lot of friction or doing other risky things with your penis, masturbating once a day is fine. I know for a fact that doing it much more than that is perfectly fine, too, so the people who voted "Too much" are obviously either ignorant or trolling.
