    If your masturbation technique results in vaginal tears and bleeding, you really should reconsider what you use and how you do it.

    Also, only religious nuts refer to masturbation as "abuse" these days. It's a very negative term for something perfectly natural that the vast majority of people do, which causes no harm, and has many benefits.
